The Equality and Intercultural Programme at the National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI) is proud to launch two new resources to support confident, values-led, anti‑racist youth work practice so that every young person can belong, participate, and thrive.
Every day, youth workers show up for young people in ways that change lives, sometimes in big, visible moments, and sometimes in the quiet ones that no one else sees. But when racism shows up in our spaces, the work can feel heavier, more complex, and harder to navigate alone. These resources were created to support you in those moments.
